What Alexandria Does
Alexandria AI is a Service Provider for Amazon US-marketplace sellers. The platform helps sellers source profitable wholesale inventory, prepare FBA shipments, monitor pricing and buy-box health, and recover money Amazon owes them — all through a single chat-driven interface.
The Service is delivered as a web application; there is no mobile app or third-party data resale layer. Sellers retain ownership of all data accessed on their behalf, and Alexandria operates on a need-to-know, narrowest-scope basis as defined in our Privacy Policy.
Amazon SP-API Data Access
For sellers who choose to connect their Amazon Seller Central account via Amazon's Selling Partner API OAuth flow, Alexandria accesses a strictly scoped set of data — and only with the seller's explicit prior authorization. The data is used solely to render features the seller has requested inside their Alexandria account.
- Product Fees — to render fee breakdowns and profit / ROI estimates on ASIN analyses.
- Catalog Items — to score listing quality and draft optimization suggestions.
- Reports / Settlement — to forecast payouts and detect FBA reimbursement / refund-abuse cases.
- FBA Inventory — to surface stranded, aged, low-stock, and excess inventory.
- Fulfillment Inbound— to prepare FBA inbound shipments on the seller's behalf (no auto-submit; seller clicks final Submit in Seller Central).
- Buyer-Seller Messaging — to read and AI-draft replies to customer threads (no auto-send; every reply requires explicit operator approval).
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is retained for no longer than 30 days after order delivery, per Amazon's Data Protection Policy. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Security & Incident Response
All Amazon data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). SP-API refresh tokens are stored encrypted in Supabase with row-level security limiting access to the owning seller. Access is granted on a least-privilege, need-to-know basis.
To report a security incident, vulnerability, or data-handling concern, email moe@thealexandria.ai with the subject line "Security Incident". We respond within 24 hours.
Data Deletion & Account Closure
Sellers may revoke Alexandria's SP-API access at any time from their Amazon Seller Central account (Manage Apps). To request full account closure and permanent deletion of all stored data, email moe@thealexandria.ai with subject line "Delete my account". Deletion is completed within 30 days; a confirmation is sent on completion.
