Logistics pilot · prep centers and operators
Ship inventory for multiple Amazon sellers? Work with Alexandria on your next shipment.
A hands-on pilot, not a team product. We take one real job from your floor and carry it through Alexandria together — to learn whether it saves you time, catches shipping errors, and becomes something you use every week.
Free during the pilot · you keep control of every purchase · one seller account per Alexandria account today
One real outbound parcel or FBA-prep job, start to record.
- The jobPackage and destination details as they are on your floor
- ComparedCarrier rates for the boxes, ranked, with transit and pickup
- PreparedThe plan and the label details, every value labelled by origin
- ApprovalExact cost, one explicit yes or no — yours
- RecordedWhat actually happened, and what did not
Purchases stay in preview during the beta: the session ends at the approval boundary with the label details prepared, nothing bought or charged.
What the pilot is
One shipment, done properly, together.
- Your job, your details. A real parcel or FBA-prep shipment you have this week — boxes, weights, destination, the seller it belongs to.
- Carrier comparison where available. Alexandria rate-shops UPS, USPS and FedEx for parcels and ranks the result. Freight is not part of the pilot.
- A prepared plan. For FBA, the inbound preview and a saved draft; for parcels, the label details prepared at the exact quoted price. No label file is generated until purchases leave preview.
- An explicit approval boundary. Nothing costs money or writes to Amazon without your yes, enforced on the server. During the beta purchases stay in preview, so the label details are prepared, not a usable label.
- A record. The Library keeps the draft; the Logbook records every action that runs, and marks it verified only with the carrier’s or Amazon’s own confirmation.
What it is not, yet
Honest limits.
- Not a team product: one Amazon seller account per Alexandria account, no shared permissions, no consolidated billing across clients.
- Connected Amazon steps (orders, FBA plan creation inside Seller Central) run only when the seller who owns the account authorizes it, and plan creation is in beta preview.
- First call is 15–20 minutes to walk one job through together; a longer working session on your floor is optional and only if the first one earns it.
- No live AI demo on the spot: the AI chat can be unavailable during the beta, so the first session is scheduled and run together, not clicked through instantly.
- No prep-center price yet. The pilot is free; we talk about your workflow, not a plan.
